1. About Josys
Josys is a B2B SaaS management and IGA platform used by IT admins, MSP operators, and service providers. As Josys evolved its narrative from an IT SaaS management tool to a full IGA platform, admins were increasingly expected to act on a growing volume of signals — policy-triggered approvals, anomalies, manual tasks, and health-improvement opportunities.
2. Problem Statement
Each company have various rules and regulations and IT admins can define certain conditions basis of which the company should operate in terms of apps, license, device assignment and all.
3. Introducing Policies and Automations
With Policies and auotmations you can define a policy and detect the anomaly -- who is not following the rules and basis of that you can take action or automate the actions to be taken incase of policy detecttion.
